• Unbelievable how time passes. 20 years ago, Ludger Henke laid the foundation for MTS MessTechnik Sauerland GmbH, initially supported only by his wife Beatrix Henke and another comrade-in-arms.
• More and bigger projects, more customers, more ideas and developments also required more employees. Today there are 13 technicians, engineers and business people in our team. And we would be happy to have even more...
• Since the beginning of 2023, MTS also has reinforced in the area of management: Carsten Lehmann has been the second managing director since this year and will lead the company in the future.
• Starting very small in 2003 in the private rooms, our premises have also grown quickly. In 2008 we moved into our new company building with modern offices and a large workshop and production area as well as CAD workstations.
• Our service technicians have commissioned many scales and have travelled to many places in Germany and Europe - or even beyond. Our weighing systems has even travelled as far as the Philippines.
• Celebrations are also part of it: like this year, for example, on the occasion of the 20th company anniversary, a trip with the complete MTS team to the Warsteiner Montgolfiade.

At this point, many thanks to all employees and fellow campaigners, customers and partners who have accompanied us on our successful path over the past 20 years. Here's to the next 20 years!
