MTS MessTechnik Sauerland GmbH develops, manufactures and sells weighing and dosing technology as well as level control systems for all types of bulk materials. For more than 20 years, the company has gained very rapidly the confidence from many customers in various industries, such as plant engineering, pit and quarry industry, food and animal feed, plastic sector, steel and glass industry, timber and energy sector as well as the recycling industry.
Our product portfolio includes our own weighing systems, e.g. the belt scales series, the impact scales ImpactWeigh, the micro feeders of DosWeigh series and platform scales. All of these are manufactured in Germany. But also weigh feeders, loss-in-weight feeders, conveyor discharge weighers as well as weighing modules and load cells for silo and vessel weighing.
As a full service provider, we also integrate our weighing systems directly into your processes and offer you a complement maintenance and repair service as well as calibration support.
MTS stands for high quality standard. This is also confirmed by the standard according to ISO 9001:2015.
Since March 2016, MTS have been assessed and approved to the following management systems, standards and guidelines: ISO 9001:2015.
MTS was authorized by the "Landesbetrieb Mess- und Eichwesen NRW" as a repairer provider according to § 54 of the German Measuring and Calibration Ordiance to do works on legal-for-trade weighing systems. The authorization covers non-automatic weighing instruments of accuracy classes III and IIII up to a maximum load of 10,000 kg as well as automatic scales for continual weighing (SWT) of classes 0.5 and 1 and belt scales (FBW) of accuracy classes 1 and 2.
Since March 2017, MTS MessTechnik Sauerland is a new member of the club "Wirtschaft für Südwestfalen". With the membership, MTS would like to support the association in its mission to make the region Südwestfalen to a strong industrial location and attractive living space.
