MTS MessTechnik Sauerland GmbH develops and manufactures weighing and dosing technology for weighing, measuring and dosing bulk materials. For over 20 years, we have been combining technical expertise with practical experience gained from numerous projects to offer reliable solutions for a wide variety of applications.
Our weighing technology is used across numerous industries and production processes. These include the pit and quarry, food, animal feed, plastics, steel, glass, timber and energy sectors, as well as recycling and plant engineering.
We take a comprehensive view of each application – from the selection and design of the appropriate weighing technology, through to its integration into existing plants, right through to after-sales service.
Our product portfolio includes our own belt scales, impact scales, the DosWeigh series of micro feeders, CDW conveyor discharge weigher and platform scales. This is complemented by weigh feeders, loss-in-weight feeders, as well as weighing modules and load cells for silo and hopper weighing.
Our own weighing systems are developed and manufactured in Germany. Short communication channels and direct technical dialogue ensure high-quality and reliable solutions.
We remain on hand to support our customers even after installation. Our service includes installation, maintenance, repairs and support for calibration.
MTS is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and is committed to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
Since March 2016, MTS have been assessed and approved to the following management systems, standards and guidelines: ISO 9001:2015.
MTS was authorized by the "Landesbetrieb Mess- und Eichwesen NRW" as a repairer provider according to § 54 of the German Measuring and Calibration Ordiance to do works on legal-for-trade weighing systems. The authorization covers non-automatic weighing instruments of accuracy classes III and IIII up to a maximum load of 10,000 kg as well as automatic scales for continual weighing (SWT) of classes 0.5 and 1 and belt scales (FBW) of accuracy classes 1 and 2.
Since March 2017, MTS MessTechnik Sauerland is a new member of the club "Wirtschaft für Südwestfalen". With the membership, MTS would like to support the association in its mission to make the region Südwestfalen to a strong industrial location and attractive living space.
