OLSBERG – The manufacturer of weighing systems for bulk materials has extended the product summary of his belt scales by the single-idler belt scale ESW 2.2: The ESW 2.2 is an enhancements of the ESW 2. The belt scale can be used in stationary belt conveyors as well as in mobile screening and crushing plants.
The design of the ESW 2.2 has been completely revised. Now the belt scale features a higher constructive stability, an optimal force transmission and a mechanical transport and overload protection of the load cell which should prevent shock moments.
The constructive characters of the belt scale effectuates the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. Furthermore these features increase the range of capacity. This robust belt scale can now be used in belt conveyors with belt widths up to 1,000 mm and flow rates up to 1,000 t/h. The design of the frame allows a quick access to the load cell. This saves time and effort in case of maintenance.
