The plug-in module is the successor to the Anybus Communicator.
The plug-in module ihas a slot for installation in the ModWeigh MD1 display and operator module.
The module enables fast data exchange via Profinet, Profibus DP or Ethernet IP of up to four ModWeigh control units.
As standard, the plug-in modules are installed in the MD1 and delivered sealed after functional testing.
The plug-in module acts as a participant (slave) on the fieldbus network and can be easily integrated into the PLC environment using the supplied GSD file.
