Description

The VKK2R-8IECEx is a robust junction box for use in hazardous areas. It allows parallel connection of two to a maximum of eight analog load cells.

The junction box offers the possibility of corner balancing in order to balance corner load errors due to mechanical asymmetries. The corner balancing is realized by means of an integrated resistance network within the load cell output.

The junction box VKK2R-8IECEx has protection class IP 65 and offers EMV-compliant metric cable glands. These and a special shielding concept ensure compliance with EMC safety according to EN 45 501.
