Olsberg, March 2019. As a long-time exhibitor of the POWTECH, MTS MessTechnik Sauerland GmbH will be present at the fair this year again. From 9th to 11th April 2019, the manufacturer and supplier of weighing and dosing systems will be exhibit its solutions for weighing, measuring and dosing in hall 4 stand 518.
The two-idler belt scale EBW 20-SC requires little space – designed for small belt conveyors with belt widths from 500 mm. The new design of the belt scale EBW 20-SC has a robust weighing construction. This ensures an even higher torsional rigidity of the scale. The low installation height allows the use for applications in conveyors with a very small interspace between upper and lower belt. The scale can be retrofitted and is easy to install.
The weighing platform is designed for two idlers. The extended measuring path ensures a high measuring accuracy. The belt scale is thus used for very exact weighings, e.g. for legal-for-trade applications or even when very light materials should be weighed. The weighings achieve very stable measuring accuracies of less than +/- 1 % in relation to the conveying capacity.
The precise two-idler belt scale weighs stable and is thus optimally used for check weighing as well as for the use as legal-for-trade receiving and loading scale. With low financial costs, a precise, long-term stable and low-maintenance weighing system can be realized.
In conjunction with the ModWeigh FBW control unit, the belt scale performs continuous weighings. It features as follows: various configuration options, with analog output and/or fieldbus interface, connection of printer, large remote display, etc. high signal resolution, special filter settings, easy operation via modern, multi-lingual menu navigation.
