Description

The belt scale EBW 10-HD Mobile was especially developed and manufactured for use in belt conveyors in mobile screening and crushing plants to record the quantities of stones. Belt scales in mobile screening and crushing plants are exposed to significantly higher loads than in stationary belt conveyors.

The EBW 10-HD Mobile has a compact, extremely torsion-resistant frame for low installation heights that can withstand loads in belt conveyors, like in mobile installations and guarantees high reliability and measuring accuracy.

 

The load cell of the scale is made of stainless steel and hermetically sealed (environmental protection class IP 69K). The load cell is secured by separate transport and overload protection.

 

As standard, the belt scale is made of galvanized angle steel profile, optionally painted or made of stainless steel.

 

Easy installation:

The scales’ support bars are easily screwed upon the conveyor. By exchanging the support bars, the scale can quickly be adjusted to another belt width.

Functioning

The bulk material generates a pressure load on the measuring idler station which recorded by strain gauge load cell.


At the same time, the measuring wheel running simultaneously on the lower belt and records the current belt speed.


By the control unit, the signals of the load cells and the speed measurement are recorded, scaled and provided as a weight value in kg/h or t/h.
