Description

The IT3 Beltweigher is a legal-for-trade control unit for belt scales and weigh feeders, which continuously and very precisely records the conveyed bulk material and can be configured for batch process with quantity standard and adjustable overrun.

The IT3 Beltweigher is designed for connection of one or more analog load cells. It has three counters: the current daily quantity, shift total and total quantity. Comprehensive configuration options allow the use of IT3 Beltweigher as stand-alone system and for integration in PLC.


The IT3 Beltweigher is characterized by a simple operation via a modern, multi-lingual menu navigation and a smoothly operating sealed membrane keyboard. The large colour display indicates the current flow rate and other scale status.


For data exchange with the supervisory control system/PLC, numerous interfaces are available, which can be individually configured.
