The AST 5P is the follow-up model of the AST 3P (no longer available).
The AST 5P is digital high performance transmitters. They can be connected to all current strain gauge transducers and load cells.
At the heart of the measurement amplifier is the high-precision digital A/D converter with a high resolution of over 8 million counts. This predestinate the transmitters for weighing systems with high accuracy request, for e.g. for process control systems.
The measurement amplifier is fitted with an integrated LCD display and control buttons on the front panel, which allow for easy programming and ensure that the measured values are easy to read.
The weighing systems can be configured and calibrated easily using the control buttons or the deltaCOM software. The software also allows the calibration and setting parameters to be saved in full. If the signal conditioner is replaced, all data records can be easily imported from the deltaCOM programme.
