Description

The control unit StatWeigh 1400 amplifies and normalizes the signals of the load cells.

Typical applications for the use of StatWeigh 1400 are vessel and silo weighings, level control systems, platform and table scales as well as force measurement systems in the area of process instrumentation.

The clearly legible 6-digit LED display shows the weight, the status of the instrument, the setting parameters and any errors. Four capacitive keys below the LED display allows an easy use of the following functions: zero-setting, tare, gross/net switching, setting of the weight set-points, configuration and adjustment.

The USB 2.0 port is available for an easy interfacing with the PC via software. Serial communication is possible with either RS 232C and RS 485 (ASCII and Modbus-RTU protocol).
